I took piano classes to get the hang of chords and chord progressions, but that was NOTHING compared to chapter 6.
No other book has ever explained these subjects to me like this before. It's so easy to digest and humorous at the same time, while still educating in a deep manner. The very best book EVER written on music must be How Music Really Works by Wayne Chase. If you love the science and art of songwriting, it is a fascinating book. This is a book that makes you think-re-examine your assumptions and approaches.
